Chaman Metallics to carry out mine at Kosara-Dongargaon UG Coal Block located at Wani taluk in Yavatamal district of Maharashtra. The coal mine will be used as linkage for its captive consumption of their linked sponge iron plant of 0.363 MTPA capacity located in Chandrapur district. Because of the geological characteristics, the method of mining is UG by Bord & Pillar and involves caving. Voids, if any left would be filled with by sand and water.
